  • Choose a payment method (e.g. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Online Bank Transfers, GCash, Installments, Cash on Delivery, Over the counter etc.) Note: Over the counter payments should be completed within 5 days
  • Once your payment is concluded and you've received a confirmation email, you can check your account status page and you should see that your order payment status will now be set to Paid, and we will, in turn, start preparing your order(s) for shipping.

Electric Cyclery may at any time modify the terms and conditions ("Terms") of the Service without any prior notification. Yes. Your shipping address and other details are stored securely and will solely be used for delivery purposes only. Please indicate your ACCURATE and COMPLETE delivery address, including your BARANGAY to minimize any issues during delivery.

Once your order is complete, even if not yet paid, change of shipping address will no longer be allowed.

You can locate your Order Number on the my order tab in your account or in the e-mail subject and on the upper right part of the body of the e-mail sent to you by our system. It should look like this #202301011234

You are supposed to receive an order confirmation email once you've completed your order. However, depending on the settings of your e-mail account, some confirmation emails might be routed to your other email folders, so if you can't locate them in your inbox, please check the other folders. If you cannot locate the email at all, please let us know via ______________________ so we can resend the email to you.

All orders with payments received within the day will be processed and ready to ship out the following day. Note as our delivery is handled by 3rd party couriers delivery time may vary

For Same-Day delivery orders which will be processed and shipped out within the same day. Note that Same-Day delivery option is only available for Metro Manila orders and only for orders placed up to 3pm.

For Metro Manila orders, customers can choose Next-Day delivery or Same-Day delivery. For the rest of Luzon orders, delivery lead times is usually between 3 - 7 days. For Visayas & Mindanao orders, delivery lead times is usually between 10 - 15 days, and 10 - 15 days for other islands.

For C.O.D. orders within Metro Manila, Next-Day and Same-Day deliveries will not apply at this time. Instead, lead time is automatically adjusted to 2 - 5 days and shipping will be charged at the lowest rate we offer under Express Shipping.

Note that the delivery lead times for orders outside of Metro Manila are our best estimates only and certain factors & circumstances, such as bad weather, courier & flight issues, etc.

Damaged or Defective Items in Transport. If there is any damage or defect to your ordered item upon receipt, please contact us immediately at _________________ Please do not receive the item from the courier if you notice any tampering to the packaging.

All products purchased from Electric Cyclery are entitled to a 7-day full replacement warranty for items that arrived with factory defects.

You may bring said item(s) to any Electric Cyclery branch for this purpose.

If there is no Electric Cyclery branch nearby your location, please get in touch with us (by phone or email) and our Customer Service staff will be happy to assist you.

Beyond the 7-day period, all our E-Bikes, Parts & Accessories are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty of each respective brand/ manufacturer.

Electric Cyclery reserves the right to cancel any order(s) received for any of the following reasons: 

  • System error
  • In the event of system error, orders may be canceled automatically. Payment will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days. Please notify ___________________ right away.
  • Non-compliance with order requirements including stock hoarding on certain items.
  • Stock Discrepancies
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Act of nature such as calamities and other severe weather condition
  • Strict health safety protocol
  • Other instances that is beyond the control of Electric Cyclery

1. On items claimed to have a factory defect, customers shall report this within seven (7) days from the date of the receipt. The issue must be _______________________ and an Electric Cyclery Technical Support Representative will provide instructions on the matter.

2. Only items deemed defective by the Electric Cyclery Technical Support Team can be returned or exchanged. Replacement or exchange due to change of mind is not allowed.

3. Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition complete with the packaging which includes manual, accessories, and other inclusions in pristine physical condition. Original copy of Sales Invoice must also be included.
